The City will continue to use the current application software with the attendant inefficiencies.

The project is currently budgeted. Adjustment to the budget may be required but will be brought to Council in the
context of the City-wide computer upgrade plan.

Vendor client conferences, on-site demonstrations, review of competing products, demonstration of competing
products, discussion with other municipalities.
