I move that Council pass Resolution ~t & ,~orderlng that the nuisance vegetation on the
properties identified by the attached listing be removed by the City with fees incurred collected as
reasonable abatement costs, which shag become a personal judgment against the owner and a lien
against the property.

City of Brcmerton.

The City's revolving abatement fund would suffer the deficit of not enlleeting these funds.
