Harrison Memorial Hospital has proposed the dedication of rights-of-way to the City of Bremerton for an existing
comer of a street and sidewalk. The street and sidewalk are described legally in the attached dedication
documents, but can be generally described as the southeast comer of the intersection of Cherry Avenue and Ash

were inspected by the Department of Public Works and Utilities during their construction. Improvements to the
street included paving, curb and gutter, and sidewalk. A condition of accepting the proposed dedication is a
requirement that the City of Bremerton agrees to maintain and manage this area of rights-of-way pursuant to State
