4. SUMMARY STATEMENT AND REQUIREMENT FOR COUNCIL ACTION:
PSE is requesting a grant of several easements at Evergreen Park for relocation and conversion of their
electrical facilities in conjunction with the development of Evergreon Park Phase II. Staffrecommends
approval.
8. RECOMMENDATION:
Move to approve the easement grant to PSE for the relocation and conversion of electrical facilities in
conjunction with the development of Evergreen Park Phase I1.

PSE will have physical plant on City property without a perfected casement right.

This grant project will not significantly impact staffing, maintenance and operations activities. The
Department can absorb related costs within its current budget.
