4. SUMMARY STATEMENT AND REQUIREMENT FOR COUNCIL ACTION:
Emergency reptacemem, repair and cleanup of electrical control systems for the pumping system at Wastewater
Pump Station CW-1 due to an electric failure. The action before the City Council is approval of emergency
Purchase Orders for Northcoast Electric Company in an amount not to exceed $40,000; and for Custom Controls in
an amount not to exceed $20,000, for the replacement, repair and cleanup of failed electrical systems at

b.) Move to approve an emergency Purchase Order for Northcoast Electric Company in an amount not to
exceed $40,000.
