4. SUMMARY STATEMENT AND REOUIREMENT FOR COUNCIL'~CTION:
Olsen & Olsen has been providing various legal services to Bremerton
since December, 2000. The City is pleased with the quality and cost of those
services and wants to assign the defense of additional matters to this firm
and to extend the contract for an additional year.
8. RECOMMENDATION:
Motion to approve the amendment to the professional services agreement
with Olsen & Olsen for an additional amount of $30,000 with a total not-to
exceed contract amount of $49,950.
