4. SUMMARY STATEMENT AND REQUIREMENT FOR COUNCIL ACTION:
Mary McClure, Executive Director of the Kitsap Regional Coordinating Council (KRCC) provided the Council
with a presentation covering the proposed KRCC Inter-Local Agreement, re-establishing KRCC; and the
corresponding By-Laws at the City Council meeting on April 11, 2001. Council action tonight is approval of
the Inter-Local Agreement, and authorizing the Mayor to sign.
5. RECOMMENDATION:
Move to approve the attached Inter-Local Agreement, and corresponding By-Laws; and authorize the Mayor to
sign.

City of Bremerton will cease being a member agency in the Regional Council.
