4. SUM~RY STATEMENT AND REQUIREMENT FOR COUN~L ACTION/
This Memorandum of Understanding is entered into by and between the
Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority, the City of Bremerton and the
Port of Bremerton.
The parties have determined that it may be in the best interests of the
public for the parties to evaluate the acquisition of real property for
possible parking facilities.
The parties believe that the potential redevelopment is likely to be in
the best interests of the parties and the public.
8. RECOMMENDATION:
Move to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Kitsap County
Consolidated Housing Authority, the Port of Bremerton and the City of
Bremerton regarding evaluation of the acquisition of real property to promote
redevelopment and authorize the Mayor to execute same.
