4. SUMMARY STATEMENT AND REQUIREMENT FOR COUNCIL ACTION:
A Resolution calling for an end to all discord and accusatory conduct within City government;
seeking exl~dient movement towards facilitation with the Mayor; and scheduling the Council's
determination of the City's goals and priorities for 2001 for submittal to and implementation by the
Mayor.

9. IMPACT OF NON-PASSAGE:
The Council will not have expressed its commitment to bettering the government of the City of Bremerton
and calling for an end to all counter-productive and negative actions within the government. Additionally,
important policy-making determinations of the Council will not be scheduled for immediate consideration
and action.

Council action is needed to prioritize the use and allocation of all City resources.
