4. SUMMARY STATEMENT AND REQUIREMENT FOR COUNCIL ACTION:
On Januury 8, 2001, Public Works rcmoved garbuge und debris frora the property located at 108
N. Cumbrian Aveuue ufter the owner, Williara Smokoff, faiicd to do so as ordered by the Building
Offieial. The cost of the aetioa, ineluding administrative fees, totaled :$770.00. Cou~eil m~st now decide
if the fees ure just and reasonable and how they should be collected.
RECOMMENDATION:
I aove that Couaeil, by Resolution # .Q~) ~, orde~ that the fees incurred for the ubatement of
garbag~ and debris located at 108 N. Cambrian Avenue be collected as reasonable abatement costs and
become a lieu agaiast the property.
