The City has initiated the vacation of the southerly 1,000 feet of Forrest Street between 1~ Street (vacated) and
Kitsap Way. A hearing date of February 21, 2001 was set by the City Council on January 31, 2001. Forrest

developed for approximately 600 feet. The remainder of the right-of-way is undeveloped. The terrain for the

written objections to the City Clerk's office. This is a Class III right-of-way and compensation is not required.
