The City needs to appoint defense counsel to represent Bremerton in
Linda Lee Kreifels v. City of Bremerton. Defense costs are unknown at this
time but cannot exceed $20,000 under the terms of this contract.

Motion to approve the professional services agreement with Ryan,
Sells, Uptegraft, Inc.
