~tsap Way. Forest S~eet is ~proximately 1,600 feet in len~h. It beg~s at ~e sou~erly right-of-way of
~tsap Way ~d h~ be~ developed for approximately 600 feet. ~e remainder of ~e right-of-way is
undeveloped. ~e tem~n for the ~developed potion of~e d~t-of-way is ~lly wi~ steep slopes that ~e not
needed for public use. ~s is a Cl~s III fi~t-of-way ~d compensation is not req~red. ~e City Co~cil is
requested to estabhsh a he,rig ~te of Febm~ 21, 2001, to consider ~e proposed vacations. Staffreco~ends
p~sage of ~e proposed Resolution.
