On November :18, 2000, Pnblle Works removed garbage, debris and furniture from the property
located at 2711 & 2713 Hefner after the owner of record, James B. Hartstrom, failed to do so as ordered
by the Building Official. The costs incurred for this action, including administrative fees, totaled
$1,205.10. Council must now decide if the fees are just and reasonable and how they should be collected.
RECOMMENDATION:
I move that Conned, by Resolution # .~'~ ff~, order that the fees incurred for the abatement of
garbage and debris located at 2711 & :1713 Hcfner Avenue be collected as r~asonable abatement costs
and become a lien against the property.
