For and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, the undersi~aed JAMES R. PHILLIPS and

transfer and convey unto the City of Bremerton. a municipal corporation, the
grantee, the right and privilege to place, lay, construct, maintain and keep in good
order a sewer pipe under and across the following described real property under
the route as staked on the ground, said pipe to be laid at least three (3) feet'
below the ground level;
Along the beach line across the following described tract of land: part of
Lot l, Section l~, Township 24 N. R. i E W.~.., beginning 957.~6' N of SE corner
of said Lot l; thence West 123'; thence N to Government Meander Line; thence
SE'ly along Meander line to point N of beginning; thence S 220' more or less to beg.
