For and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned. D.~ J_~.OLA.RE .......... and
_~, GLARE ______. his wife, the grantors, hereby sell, sign.
transfer and convey unto the 0ity of Bremerton, a municipal corporation, the
grantee, the ri~t and privilege to place, lay, construct, m~intain and keep in
good order a sewer pipe under and across the following described real property
under the route as stained on the ground, said pipe to be laid at least t~ree (3)
feet below the ground level; the 0ity will leave the shore line in its ori~nal
condition, and the pipe will not be l~rger than J" pipe.
