EASEMENT
ON CONSIDERATION of the sum of $1.00, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, and other valuable consideration,
the Western Gas Company of Washington, a corporation, Grantor,
hereby grants and conveys to the City of Bremerton, Grantee,
the right, privilege and authority to construct, lay, improve,
re-lay, repair and maintain a sewer pipe to be connected with
the city sewer system, over, across, upon ~ and under the
following described land in Kitsap County, State of ~ashington,
to-wit:
A strip of land five (5) feet in width, being 2.5 feet
on each side of the following described line:
Beginning at a point ~hich is North five (5) fe~t
from the Southwest corner of Lot 2, Replat of
Bay View Garden Tracts, running thence.~9~9'~45[' Eo
parallel to the South line of said Lo~£~°~h~S~ North
26o33'54" E. to the intersection with the inner harbor
line.
In exercising the rights herein granted, the grantee,
its employees and agents, may pass and re-pass over so much of the
foregoing described land as shall be or may become necessary or
advisable, to properly construct, lay, improve, re-lay, repair
or maintain said sewer pipe and the storm and sanitary sewer system,
of which it shall be a part, and shall have the right to make such
excavations as shall be necessary from time to time; providing
that any and all excavations in connection with the construction,
laying, improvement, re-laying, repairing and maintenance of said
sewer pipe and sewer system shall be filled in and all work
shall be done with reasonable dispatch.
The covenants herein contained shall run with ll~e land
and are binding upon all subsequent owners thereof.

the Western Gas Company of Washington, a corporation, and the
~r~emerton Trust & Saving~ Bank, a banking corporation, hereby
~s its consent and approval to the execution and delivery
