receipt whereof is ~ereby ~ok~owledged, ~.~.?er~y, a bachelor,
the grantor, hereby grants and conveys to the City of Bremerton,
the grantee, the right, privilege and authority to construct, lay,
improve, repair and maintain, a sewer ~ip~ to be connected with
the city sewer system, orr, across, upon and under t~ followi~
described land, in Kitsap County, State of W~h~.ngton, to-~it:
Lot 10, Block ll, 01e Hanson's Second ~ddition to
Charleston,
it being u~erstood that the said sewer pipe shall be laid along
the sou~h boundary of said Lot 10, and placed at a depth of eight
(8) feet below the present ground line.
In exercisi~ the rights herein granted, the grantee, its
employees and agents may pass and re-pass over so much of ~e
foregoi~ described parcel of land as shall be or may become
lay,
necessary or advisable to pr~erly construct, improve, repair or
maintain said sewer pipe, and shall have the right to make such
excav~tio~ as shall be necessary from time to time; providing that
any ~d all excavations in connsction with ~e co~truction, laying,
improvement, repair and maintenance of said sewer pipe shall be
filled in and all work shall be done with reasonable dispatch.
The covenants herein contained shall run with the land and
are bindi~ upon all subsequent owners thereof.
