On consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, H.H.Keith and .z~JjW~w
Keith, his wife, the grantors, hereby grant and convey to the City
of Brsmerton, the grantee, the right, privilege and authority to lay,
construct, improve, repair and maintain, a sewer plRe to be
connected with the oity sewer system, over, across, upon and under
the following described land, in Kitsap County, State of ~'~ashington,
to-wi t:
Lot $1, Block ll, 01e Hansen's Second .~ddition to
Charleston,
it being understood that the said sewer pipe shall be laid along
the souZh boundary of said Lot $1, and placed at a depth of eight
(8) feet below the present ground line.
In exercising the rights herein granted, the ~rantee.,. its
employees and agents may pass and re-pass over so much of the
foregoing described parcel of land as shall be or may become
la
necessary or advisable to properly~dnstruct, improve, repair or
maintain said sewer pipe, and shall have the right to make such
excavations as shall be necessary from time to time; providing that
any and all excavations in connection with the constructlon,lavir4~,
improvement, repair and maintenance of said Sewer pipe shall be
filled in and all work shall be done with reasonable dispatch.
The covenants herein contained shall run with ~he land and
are binding upon all subsequent owners thereof.
