Tha~ A~IE V. J~TSTEAD, widow and surviving spouse of
silver E. Jens~ead, deceased, for and in consideration of ti~e
s~ of One (.~1.00) Dollar and other valuaDle considera~ion as
herein set forth, the Grantor does by these presents give~
cran~ and convey unto the City of Bremerton, a municipal
corporation of the State of Washington, an easement for right-
of-way for an eight (8") lnoh storm and sanitary sewer to be
layed not less than five feet below the original ground line,
over and across the followin¢ described tract:
Lot Six (6)~ Block One (1), Bremer's F~rst Addition
to Bremerton and Char~ston, ~[ltsap County~
Washington;
smd the Ci~y of Bremerton, by accepting such easement, hereby
agrees ~o replace the lawn disturbed to its original state,
and to water the back fill of ~he trench to insure fill from any
settlement, and also to tap said eight i~oh sewer pipe to the
existing .sump at the basement entrance at the Southwest corner
of residence with a six (6") inch sewer pipe, and to connect the
basemen~ floor entrance with the alley pavement wit~ four (4")
inch concrete pavement~ ~.4 feet wide and ~9 feet long.
