EXCEPT THE EAST 295 FEET THEREOF; AND EXCEPT PORTION
CONVEYED TO STATE OF W^SHINGTON FOR PRIMARY STATE HIGHWAY
NO. 21, BY DEED RECORDED JUNE 22, 19~2, UNDER AUDITOR'S
FILE NO. 161676; LOT 27, BLOCK l, SAID PLAT OF BRENTWOOD
PARK, EXCEPT THE EAST 295 FEET OF THE NORTH la7 FEET
THEREOF; EXCEPT THE SOUTH ~0 PEET OF THE EAST 190 FEET
THEREOF; AND EXCEPT PORTION CONVEYED TO STATE OF WASHINGTON
FOR PRIMARY STATE HIGHWAY NO. 21, BY DEED RECORDED JUNE 22,

PORTION LYING NORTH OF A LINE DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE EAST 295 MEET O~
SAID LOT 26; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST LINE THEREOF° ~0
FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LINE HEREIN
DESCRIBED; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG A STRAIGHT LINE TO A
POINT ON THE EAST MARGIN OF PRIMARY STATE HIGHWAY NO. 21,
AS DEEDED PER AUDITOR'S FILE NO. 161676, RECORDS OF KITSAP
COUNTY, WASHINGTON, WHICH IS SOUTH 100 FEET, AS MEASURED
ALONG THE EAST MARGIN THEREOF FROM THE NORTH LINE OF SAID
LO~ 26; THENCE CONTINUE ON SAID STRAIGHT LINE TO THE EAST
MARGIN OF EXISTING KITSAP WAY AND THE TERMINUS OF SAID
LINE; TOGETHER WITH VACATED HIGHWAY.
Said Easement described as follows: Beginning at the most southeasterly
co~ner of the above described parcel; thence north along the west margin of
Crawford Drive a distance of 10 feet; thence southwesterly along a straight
line to a point on the south line of the above tract, said point being ,
10 feet west of the point of beginning% thence east 10 feet to the point
of beginning of this description.
upon which to construct and use a sidewalk, or sidewalks, wlthin
said easement for public purposes.
The Grantee shall have the right to enter upon said premises for
the purpose of maintaining, repairing or renewing the same as
occasion may require. The affected adjacent surfaces shall be
restored to its present condition or as nearly thereto as shall
be reasonably possible.
The granting of this easement shall be binding upon the executors
and assigns of the grantors.
