PARCEL I:
The Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 2, Township 23 North, Range
1 West, W.M., in Kitsap County Washington.
PARCEL II:
The East 27 acres of the Southwest quarter o£the Southwest quarter, Section 2,
Township 23 North, Range 1 West, W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington;
EXCEPTING therefrom U. S. Naval Railroad right of way;
It is further provided that the Westerly boundary of this granted premises shall be
measured parallel to the West line of the said Southwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 2.
PARCEL III:
The North half of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 11,
Township 23 North, Range 1 West, W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington.
PARCEL IV:
That portion of the North half of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 11, Township 23 North, Range I West, W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington
lying East of the U. S. Naval Railroad Right of Way.
Pursuant to Paragraph 9 of Reservation of gravel Extraction Rights and Access
Easement, executed on September 27, 1988, and recorded under Auditor's Recording
Number 8811290018, the City makes demand for immediate, and permanem, closure of
Closure of Gravel Extraction Operations & Termination of Access Easement - Page 1
said operations, effective on this 28th day of June, 1999. FURTHER, the access
easement reserved therein is hereby terminated.
