For and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the undersized,

sign, transfer and eonvelunto the City of Bremerton, a municipal cor-
poration, the grantee, the right and privilege to place, lay, construct,
maintain and keep in good order a sewer pipe under and across the following
described real property under the route as stsked on the grozmd, and more
particularly described as follows:
Lot 1, Block l, Plat of Omarawille: Beginning at a point on the
· hore line Which is South 2~.501 from the NE corner of eat~ Lot 1
mad r~ug thence ~ T~o25,30· West 105.50' -11 a~ etak~ on shore lime.
The City will leave the shore line in its original condition, and
the pipe will not be larger than ~ pipe.
