For and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.O0) Dollar, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned, J.R~Phillips ,
and _ ~.~s. J.R.Phillips ..... his wife, the grantors, hereby sell,
sign, transfer and convey unto the City of Bremerton, a municipal cor-
poration, the grantee, the right and privilege to place, !ay~ construct,
maintain and keep in good order a sewer pipe under and across the following
described real property under the route as staked on the ground, aud more
particularly described as follows:

The City will leave the shore line in its original condition, and
