SEWER EASEMENT
For and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, receipt
whereof is hereby ac~knowledged, the undersized, 1~.0. N(~t~ENSON ,
and ~l~s, E.C, MC~,~TENSON , his wife, the grantors, hereby sell,
sign, transfer and convey unto the City of Bremerton, a m~micipal cor-
poration, the grantee, the ri$~t and privilege to place, lay, const~ct,
maintain and keep in good order a sewer pipe under and across the following
described real property under the route as stsl~ed on the ground, and more
partic~ularly described as follows:
