sign, transfer and convey unto the City of Bremerton, a municipal cor-
poration, the grantee, the right and privilege to place, lay, construct,
maintain and keep in good order a sewer pipe under and across the following
described real property under the route as staked on the ground, and more
particularly described as follows:
