Pierce, his wife, hereby give and grant to the city of
Dremerton, a municipal corporation, the right and privilege
to install a traffic light and guy'wires,~.vith the necessary
installations, on the I~ortheast corner of the b/~ilding
belonging to said Pierce and wife, on the follawin~ desc ~ibed
real property:
Lots 2 and 3, Block 6,First Additlo~ to Charleston,
Kitsap County, u. ashington.
Also hereby giving and granting unto the City of Eremerton
the right at reasonable times, by its agents or employees,
by arrangement with the said Pierce and wife, to come into
the said b~ilding far the purpose of installing, repairing
and keeping ~n operation, the said traffic light.
