L~L~IEAD, the Puget Sound h~avigation Company, a corporation,
hereinafter called the crantor, is the lessee under t~e t~.u_s of

has leased to the said corporation the following c:escribed real
property:
1.The Harbor area~ttin{ on !,ontgo~ery Avenue and
Lots 9 and 10, ~lock ~3, Charleston Tide Lands.
2.The Xarbor Area abutting on Blgck 12, C~ar!eston
Tide Lands, Hitsap County, Lashington,

hereinafter called the grantee, is about to construct with aid from
the United States Governaent, a sewer system for the disposition
of storm and sanitary waste on Ifontgomery :.~venue in the city of
~remerton, and it will be necessary to extend the outfall of said
sewer system over and across the harbor area hereinabove described,

sideration of the sum of One (,,1.00) Dollar and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby achnow-
led{led, hereby conveys, {-z'ants and subleases ~to the ~'rantee, the
right to construct, maintain 9.nd keep in repair a sewer pipe on
i!ontgomery Avenue, and the extension thereof, over and across the
harbor area hereinabove described, f~ the term of the above
described lease, to-wit, until ohe 28 day of ,~1~.1~ 19,4 ;
providing, however, that t~e easement hereby granted ~s subject to
all the terms of the lease hereinabove described.
