For and in co~sideration of the s~ of One ($1.0C) Dollar, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the ~-udersigned, -~I{ADDON

sign, transfer and convey unto the City of Bremerton, a m~%icipal cor-
poration, the grantee, the riser and privilege to place, iay~ constract,
maintain and keeo in good order a sewer pipe under and across the following
described real property ~mder the route as staked on the ground, and more
particularly described as follows:
Beg. at m point which is ~aet 538.50 ft. ~ad North 1302.82 ft. from
the S~ corner of Government Lot 2, Section ll$. ~ownship 24 N.R.1 E,
to a~oint on the shore lines thence following ss~d mhore line S 63058 ~O# West
121.~ ft. as staked on the shore line.
The City will leave the shore line in its origdnal condition, and
the pipe will not be larger than $# . pipe.
