~t is agreed, however, that wh~ thc said water main
iS completed or at any time when it is nmcessary to im~rmwe, repair or
maintain said water main , that the said City of Br~nerton will
leave the said property as nearly as may be possible in its present
condition. This is a permanent easement and it is granted to the City of
Bremerton for the Dui-pose above mentioned and shoul& the City of Bremerton
not use this tract for this ourpose or shall later cease to use this tract
for this ouroose then the same shall rever~to the grantor of this easement.
