lar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, do hereby
g~ant an easement and right-of-way to the City of Brem-
erton, a m~icipal co~or~tion, over and alo~ the follow-
i~ described property, to-~it:

Said easement being ~Iven to the said
City for the purpose of placing in, elo~ and over said
right-of-way a water main.
This easement cheil be in full force and
effect s~ long as the said City desires to have and main-
tain a water ~ain over and along suid ~ight-OTZWay.
In consideration of said right-of-way the
said city agrees to hook onto a ~aain placed into said right-
of-vary by the grantors hcreln, w~ich ~i~ will be connec-
ted by a two-inch (2") tap along Perry Street, and will
be r~m by t~-~e city of Br~merton aorost~ Perry Street ~o the
begluni~ of the right-of-~ay herein given.
The gr~mtors a~e to p~y tho regular chsrge
for water to the city of Bremerton, the s~e as paid ~y other
customers of said ci~y In like di~tricts.
It is ~derstood that the ~tn placed in
said street by the undersigned shall not be tapped on by
a~ o~her person or persons, without the written consent
Of the undersigned. The city, however, shall have the right
to place such additional main in said right-of-way as it
wishes to furnish water to whomever it desires.
