the following described real estate, situated in the County of Kitsap , State of
Washington:
The east 20 feet of the west 35 feet of the south 62.54 feet
of lot V, tract 4, Warren Smith's Acre Tracts as per plat
recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, page 51, records of said county,
TOGETHEH with all rights of ingress and egress to, from and
between Warren Avenue and the following premises, also
situated in Kitsap County, State of Washington:
The south 62.54 feet of lot V, tract 4, Warren Smith's Acre
Tracts, as per plat thereof, EYCEPT the east 211.45 feet and
the west 35 feet thereof.

which the Insured may sustain by reason of any defect in the title to the property described in Schedule A, hereto
annexed, as therein vested, or by reason of lieos or incumbrances chargm' g the same, at the date of this policy,
saving and excepting, and this policy does not insure against, loss or damage by reason of any estate or interest,
defect, lien, incumbrance or objection noted in annexed Schedule B which is a part hereof. Any loss under this
policy is to be established in the manner provided in said conditions and shall be paid upon compliance by the
Insured with and as prescribed in said conditions, and not otherwise.
