a municipal corporation, as p'.~chaser,
That the sellers agree to sell and the purchaser agrees to
buy the following described real estate, situate in the cou' ty
of Kitsap, state of Washington, to-wit:
The acute ~7 feet of lot 10, block 4, Central
A~ditfon to the city of Bremerton, as per plat recorded
in volume ~ of Plats, page lOS, records of said county,
TOGETHER WITH the East 7 feet of vacate~ alley adjoining
on the West,
for the stun of EIGHT THOUSAND FiVE HUNDRED AND N0/100 DOLLAMS

Zt is ~nderstood that there is a dwelling house partially
situated upon said premises and that the sellers shall have tee
privilege of removing the said dwelling from the premises, provided
said dwelling is removed prior to ~pril 1 , 1957.
The purchase price shall be payable in two installments as
follows: ~5,000.00 within ten days from date hereof, and the
balance upon removal of the dwelling from the premises and delivery
of a good and sufficient warranty deed.
