corporation ~
for and in consideration of the benefits to the public and the public schools
conveys and quit claims to THE CITY OF BREMERTON, a municipal corporation~
the following described real estate, situated in the County of Kitsap
State of Washington:
That portion of the S.W.¼ of the N.W.~ of Section 12, T. 24 N.,
R. i E., W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the S.W.~ of the N.W.¼ of
said Section 12 which point is S. l°46'll'' W. from the section corner
common to Sections l, 2, ll and 12, T. 24 N., R. i E., thence S.
88o38'59" E. 192.59 feet; thence S. l°21:O1" W. 30.00 feet to a
point on the southerly margin of Sheridan Road and the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING: thence S. 59°2Ot38" W. 34.14 feet; thence S. lO16'53"
W. 97.48 fe~t to the beginning of a curve having a radius of 129.00
feet; thence along said curve to the left, through a central angle
of 26°O4'44", an arc distance of 58.72 feet to a point on the east-
erly margin of Secondary State Highway No. 21-B, said point being
on a curve having a radius of 681.~0 feet and the center of which
bears N. 53°32'13" E.; thence northwesterly along said highway
margin and along said curve to the right, through a central angle of
17°09'37", an arc distance of 204.05 feet to a point on the southerly
margin of Sheridan Road; thence leaving the easterly margin of Secondary
State Highway No. 21-B and running along said southerly margin of
Sheridan road S.88°38,59,, E. 112.24 feet to the T.P.O.B.
