and authority contained in the provisions of the Lsr~hamAct (54
Stat. 1125, 42 U.S.C. 1521) as amended, and Reorganization Plan
No. 3 of 1947 (12 F.R. 4981), Grantor smd the CIT~ OF BBE~RTON,
WASHINGTON, a municipal corporation, Grantee,
WITNESSETH: That the said Grantor, for smd in consideration
of the sum of Twenty-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Sixty and no/100
Dollars ($28,560.00) to it duly paid by the Grantee, the receipt
o£ which is hereby acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims to said
