Quit Claim Deed
THE GRANTORS,JOHN H. PROUSE and CATHRYN PROUSE, husband and wife
for and in consideration of Good, sufficient and valuable consideration
convey and quitclaim to THE CITY OF BRF~LERTON, a municipal corporation,
the ~llowing d~cribed real estate, situated in the County of Kit sap,
State of Wa~i~ton: Together with all a~er acquired title of the grantor(s) therein.
That portion of Ivy Street lying northerly of the centerlineof
said Street as shown on the Plat of First Addition to Sheridan Park,
recorded in vol~ne S of Plats, pages 23 to 25, records of Kitsap
County, Washington, contained within the following described tract of
land:
Beginning at a point on the southerly margin of Ivy Street easterly
5.00 feet from the northwest corner of Lot 151 of above named plat;
thence easterly along said street margin a distance of 179.83 feet;
thence along a line which is at right angles to the southerly margin
of Ivy Street, a distance of 47.00 feet to the northerly margin of
Ivy Street; thence westerly along said street margin 179.17 feet more
or less to a point which is 25.00 feet easterly from the centerlin~
of Clare Avenue; thence along a line which is parallel to said center-
line a distance of 47.00 feet more or less to the point of beginning;
containing 0.0907 acres more or less.
