KNOW ALL ~E,N BY TH~SE PRESENTS:
That the Grantors Kit<'aP County, a Municipal Corporation, by and through
the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for and in consideration of the sum
of Thirty two and 8~/100 Dollars, $32.8h) in hand paid, conveys and quit claims to
the City of Bremerton, a Municipal Corporation, the following described real propertys
to-wit:
Portion of Lot 26, Port Orchard Acre Tracts, 3rd Series, lying Easterly of
~arine Drive, except the East 150 ft., so that it may be incorporated into
the overall right-of-way of Uarine Drive.
'--~ This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 238 of the Session Laws for
~Dthe State of Washington for the year 19h?; the said above described real prop-
erty having been deeded to Kitsap County by reason of a general tax foreclosure
heretofore had in Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law the City
of Bremerton having heretofore applied to the Kitsap County Commissioners, has
tendered and paid unto the said Kitsap County, the above mentioned amount, and
in compliance with the said law the said property is hereby deeded unto the City
of Bremerton as above set forth.

County, ~ashington, and that she execu%ed the within and foregoing instrument as
Treasurer of Kitsap County and acknowledged to me that she executed the same as
her free and voluntary act ~nd deed for the uses and purposes herein set forth,
and that the seal affixed is the seal of Kitsap County, Waskington, as provided
by law.
