KNOW ALL}~i~ BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the Grantor, Kitsap County, a municipal corporation, by and
through the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for and in consideratien
of the sum of Eighty one and 34/100 .... dollars, (~ 81.34 ), in hand
paid, conveys to the CITY OF BRE},~RTON, a ~Iunicipal Corporation, the following
described real property, to-wit:
Tidelands fronting the following described uplands; That portion
of Gov. Lot l, Sec. 13, Twp. 24 N. R~ge I East., W.N. described
as follows: Beginning at a point 895.3 ft. N. and 22~ ft. E. of
SW corner said Gov. Lot l, thence E. 140 ft; thence $. 60 ft.,
thence E. to ~eander line, thence southerly on Meander llne to
a point East of a point 120 ft. $. of point of beginning, thence
West to a point 120 ft. $. of point of beginning, thence North
to beginning, except the West 120 ft. thereof and ezcept
SheldonBlvd.
This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 1~3 of the Session Laws for the
State of Washington for the year 1929; the said above described real property
having been deeded to Kitsap County by reason of a general t~x foreclosure
heretofore had in Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law~ and the
CITY OF BRE~.~RTON having heretofore levied assessments a~ainst the above des-
cribed property~ has tendered and paid unto the said Kitsap County~ the face of
such t~es, with costs, and without interest and penalty, and in compliance
with the said law the said property is hereby deeded unto the City of Bremerton~
a ~,~un~cip~ Co,rporation, as above set forth.
