That the Grantor, Kitsap County, a municipal corporation,
by and through the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for

above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap

Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and the
CITY 0F B~EI'm.~RT0f~ having heretofore levied assessments against
the above described pro~rty, has tendered and paid unto tho
said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs~ and
without interest and penalty, and in compliance wzth tho said law
the said property is hereby deeded unto the City of Bremerton,
