County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in
Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and the
CITY OF BREL.IERTON having heretofore levied assessments against
the above described property, has tendered and paid unto the
said Kitsap Coumty, the face of such taxes, with costs, and
without interest and penalty, and in compliance w~tn thc said law
the said property is hereby deeded unto the City of Bremerton,
a i~unicipal Corporation, as above set forth.
