That the Grantor, Kitsap County, a mun5 cipal corporation, by and through
the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for and in consideration of the
sum of Six and 3h,/1OO dollars, ($6o3~), in hand ps,d, conveys
to the CITY OF BRE~[ERTON, a ~.~un~cipal Corporation, the rollicking described real
property, to-wit:

Th~ s deed is made in compliance with Chapter lb3 of the Session Laws for the
State of Washington for the year 1929; the said above described rea] pro~rty
having been deeded to Kitsap County by reason of a general tax foreclisure
heretofore had in K~tsap County, in the manner and form provided by 1.~aw, and
the CITY OF BREMERTON having heretofore levied assessments against the abov~
described property~ has tendered and paid unto the said Kitsap County, the
face of such taxes, ~th costs, ~d w5 thout interest and pemslty~ and in
co~liance ~%h the said law the said property is hereby deeded ~to the City
of Bremerton~ a M~icipal Corporation, as above set forth.
