K~10W ALL },~N BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the Grantor, Kitsap County, a municipal corporation,
by and through the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for
and in consideration of the suza of Two H~mdred 0~e and 8g/lO0
dollars~,~ {~%~01.89 ), in hand paid,-conveys
TO.U, a }~uniczp~-6~rporation, the following described real
property, to-~vi1.:
Lot thirty.nine (~9), Block ten (10), plat of CHARLESTON;
and
Lot fourteen (l~), Block three (~), First Add. to Charleston;
Kttsap County, Wash.
This deed is made in compliance with Chapter l~G of the Session
Laws for the State of ~ashinoton for the year 1929; the said
above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap
County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in
Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and the
CITY OF BRE~IERTON having heretofore levied assessments against
the above described property, has tendered and paid unto the
said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with eo~ts, and
without interest and penalty~ and in compliance w~th the said law
the said property is hereby deeded unto the City of Bremerton,
a ~,~unicipal Corporation, as above set forth.
