by and through the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for

This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; tho said
above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap
County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in
Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and the
CITY 0F BREL.iERTON having heretofore levied assessments a3ainst
the above described pro~rty, has tendered and paid unto the
said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs, and
without interest and penalty, and in compliance wmtn tho said law
the said property is hereby deeded unto tho City of Bremerton,
a i~unioipal Corpgration, as above sot forth.
