KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the Grantor, Kitsap County, a municipal corporation,
by and 6hrough the County Treasurer ef said Kitsap County, for
a~d in consideration of the s~a of One H~dred
d~llars, (~ll,6V ), in hand paid~ '~onveYs t~e~-~~-
T0~, a H~i~rporation, the following described real
proper ty~ to-wit:
Lots fifteen (18) a~d sixteen (16), Block Seven-
teen~(l~), R~e~s First ~dd. to Port 0re.rd, United States Navy
Yard, Kitsap Co., Wash.
This deed is made in compliance with Chapter 143 of tho Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 19B9; the said
above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap
County by reason of a general t~ foreclosure heretofore had in
Kitsap County~ in the manner and form provided by law~ and the
CITY 0F BREN~RTON having heretofore levied assessments against
the above described pro~rty, has tendered and paid unto tho
said Kttsap County, the face of such taxes, with oosts~ and
without interest and penalty~ and in compliance wit~u tho said law
the sai~ Dry, petty is hereby deeded unto thc City of Brem~rton,
a Hunic~/~poration, as above set forth.
