That the Grantor, Kitsap County, a municipal corporation,
by and through the County Treasurer of said Kltsap County, for
a~d in consideration of the sum of NINE and 58/100 .......

property, to-wi%:

This deed is made in compliance wit~ Chapter 143 of the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said
above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap
County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in
Kitsap County, in the m~nner and form provided by law, and the
CITY OF BRE~.~[ERTOH having heretofore levied assessments against
the above described property, has tendered and paid unto tho
said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs, and
without interest and penalty, ~nd in compli~ce w~th tho said law
the said property is hereby deeded unto the City of Bremerton,
a Municipal Corporation, as above set forth.
