That the Grantor, Kitsap County, a municipal corporation,
by and through the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for

Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said
above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap
County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in
Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and the
CITY 0F BREEERTON having heretofore levied assessments against
the above described pro~rty, has tendered and paid unto the
said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs~ and
without interest and penalty, ~nd i~ compliance w~th tho said law
the said property is hereby deeded unto tho City of Bremerton,
a ~,~unioipal Corporation, as above s~t forth,
