That the grantor, Kitsap County, a Hunicipal Corporation,

poration, the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot Five (5), Block four (4), Peter Hesser's Add. to
Bremerton, Kitsap County, ~sh.
This deed is made in-66~pliance with Chapter 14~-~ the Session
Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said
above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap
County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had
in Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and
the CITY OF BREMERTON, having heretofore levied assessments
against the above described property, has tendered and paid
unto the said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs,
and v~thout interest and penalty, and in compliance with the
said law the said property is hereby deeded unto the CITY OF
BRAi~RTON, a Municipal Corporation, as above sat forth.
