That the Grantor, Kitsap County, a municipal corporation,
by and through the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for

County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in
Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and the
CITY OF BRE~..~ERT0~ having heretofore levied assessments against
the above described property, has tendered and paid unto the
said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs, and
without [n2erest and penalty, and in compliance w-~tn the said law
