That the Grantor, Kitsap County, a municipal corporation,
by and through the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for "

Laws for the State of Washington for the year 1929; the said
above described real property having been deeded to Kitsap
County by reason of a general tax foreclosure heretofore had in
Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and the
CITY OF BREMERTOH having heretofore levied assessments against
the above described pro~rty, has tendered and paid unto the
said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs, and
without interest and penalty, and in compliance wmth th~ said law
the said property is hereby deeded ~nto the City of Bremer~0n,
a Municipal Corporation, as above set forth.
