That the Grantor, Kitsap County, a municipal corporation,
by and through the County Treasurer of said Kitsap County, for

Kitsap County, in the manner and form provided by law, and the
CITY 0F BREHERTON having heretofore levied assessments against
the above described pro~rty, has tendered and paid unto the
said Kitsap County, the face of such taxes, with costs, and
without interest and penalty~ and in compliance wktn th~ said law
the said property is hereby deeded unto the City of Bremerton,
a Municipal Corporation, as above set forth;
